Refund policy

1) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, we apply a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return (without needing to provide a reason or pay any penalties).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the bottle caps intact and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the products are opened, damaged, and/or incomplete, the return request will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at the following address: the.champagne.ambassador@gmail.com. Please include your order number and contact details in this email. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility UNLESS there was an error on our part or the product is defective. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 10 Rue de Montignies, 7390 Quaregnon, Belgium. Please ensure the product(s) are carefully packaged in the original packaging while also providing sufficient protection during transport. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns. We cannot be held responsible if the package(s) are lost or damaged during return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. 2) DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. You can also contact us by phone at +33643520037 or use the email address above, explaining the details of the problem and sending photos if necessary. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us, and you will receive a full refund.

 

3) EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges in case of an error on your part when placing your order. However, the fastest way to ensure you get the product(s) you wanted—or simply a refund—is to return the item you received (always at your expense as indicated above in the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL section) within 14 days of receiving your package, and once the return is accepted, place a new separate purchase for the desired item.

 

4) 14-DAY REFLECTION PERIOD IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the bottle caps intact and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the products are opened, damaged, and/or incomplete, the return request will not be accepted.

 

5) REFUND

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that processing and displaying the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval, please contact us by email at: the.champagne.ambassador@gmail.com. In the case of a partial return, only the returned products will be refunded.
