This Cuvée Rosé will surprise more than one! Olim, which means "formerly" in Latin, is also a very fruity Champagne but here we change the aromatic repertoire... here, the dominant fruit is Citrus!

On the nose, you will immediately discover subtle notes of orange zest. In fact, the color of this Champagne tends towards pinkish-orange rather than the usual color of a rosé! The palate, meanwhile, confirms the aromatic palette around Citrus : Pink Grapefruit with a fresh, lively and slightly bitter finish. You will also find notes of small red fruits... An ideal Cuvée for summer!
