As soon as you open the bottle, Symposium (the etymology of the ancient Greek word meaning "to drink together") immerses you directly in the crispness of the fruit! This Champagne has a lovely copper color visible from the first drops poured into the glass!
On the nose, you will discover notes of stone fruits and yellow flesh such as peach, mirabelle plum and apricot. The palate, meanwhile, is faithful to the first nose : The Fruitiness is dominant! Rich and opulent, the finish offers you freshness and a beautiful juicy sensation as if you were biting into a generous peach. An ideal Champagne for an aperitif and also to enjoy with tapas with friends!
The Perfect Match :
Bruschetta topped with burrata and honey caramelized peach slices and Parma ham!
